The document reads in parts: "Dear Shariʻatmadar (local religious notable), Mr. Fazil, I, Hasan Muhsini, am writing to you about the mills with all its equipment located next to the houses of master Muhammad, the architect. These belonged to Aqa Muhammad Karim's father in previous years, but now they belong to me. I would be grateful if you would write a note to that effect above this letter and confirm it with your seal". April 5, 1934. Zahra Khatun, the daughter of ʻAziz Allah Suhani (on behalf of her mother, Khadijah Khanum, the daughter of ʻAbd Allah Suhani Fridani) on 21 August 1917 settles part of a property in Birinjistan village with ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan, son of Sardar Zafar, for 180 tumans. On the margin of the document a note indicates that the property belongs to ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan's mother and whoever takes possession of it is a usurper.

This document reports on the division of Mirza Ismaʻil Khan Amin al-Mulk's properties between his inheritors after his death. The inheitors were Aqa Musa Khan, the wife of Mirza Ahmad Khan (Minister of Court), the wife of Mirza ʻAbd Allah Khan Amin al-Sultan, and ʻIsa Khan. After ʻIsa Khan's death, his share was inherited by his uncle, Iskandar Khan Khazin al-Huzur, and his mother, Galin Khanum and supervising the transition of these properties was assigned to Aqa Sayyid Habib.
